I've made a purchase but haven't received confirmation that item was shipped.

Can I pick the item up?

We offer limited pick ups at our Sydney warehouse. Please give us a call at 02 888 10 333 to schedule a date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have a wide variety of payment methods to ensure a smooth and easy shopping experience for everybody.

We accept payments through:

How quickly do you ship out the items?

Once your payment has cleared, our automated shipping process will ship your item within 24 business hours.

Do you have any stores so we can pick up the item?

We don't have a physical store and all transactions are done online. Our warehouse is located in Silverwater.

Do you ship internationally?

As of the moment, we only ship within Australia but please keep checking back as we may open up to shipping internationally in the future.

What is your delivery timeframe?

On average, our deliveries occur within 3 business days. Please allow approximately up to 12 business days for your product to arrive.

Do you ship to PO Box or Parcel Locket addresses?

Due to the size of our items, we do not deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locket addresses.

How quickly do you send items out?

Our automated shipping process means your order will be dispatched by the next working day.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we can't ship products to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. We need to have an actual address to proceed with the order.

My tracking number shows no scans.

Rest assured, the item has been released from our warehouse. The courier may not have updated the scans from their end due to bandwidth issues. We'd like to ask for your patience and understanding while our warehouse and the couriers work diligently to deliver all packages. We are getting through all shipments asap and we kindly ask you to allow up to 5 business days for tracking details to be available so you can track your shipment. Please contact the courier for more information.

It's already past the estimated delivery date but I haven't received the item yet.

We're sorry that you still haven't received the item. COVID-19 and the Public Health Orders in NSW are affecting our regular delivery times. This week, courier staffing limitations are resulting in pickup delays. We are currently asking customers to allow an additional 3-5 business days (Metro Area) and 5-10 business days (Regional, WA and NT) for their orders to be delivered. We are still delivering faster than most others! We look forward to getting back to next-day dispatch really soon. Please send us a message if you need further assistance.

Can I change my address after purchasing?

Due to our quick and automated delivery process, we can not accept change of an order after payment is made. You can however follow our easy return policy.
