What payment methods do you accept?

We now offer a variety of payment options, including credit cards, PayPal, Zippay, AfterPay, and bank transfers.

How quickly do you ship out the items?

We aim to handle and dispatch every order by the next business day. After placing your order, we’ll get it ready for shipping within 24 hours, ensuring it’s on its way to you promptly. Keep in mind that orders made over the weekend or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Do you have any stores so we can pick up the item?

We operate exclusively as an e-commerce store and currently do not have any physical locations. However, you can arrange to pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse after three business days from the time your order is placed. To arrange pick-up, please reach out to our customer service team.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only able to ship within Australia. We look forward to broadening our shipping options in the future and thank you for your understanding.

Can I use 2 different discount codes at the same time?

Keep in mind that you can use only one discount code during each checkout. If you have several codes, we suggest selecting the one that provides the greatest savings for your purchase.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?
