Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Outbax. You may not need the item anymore, you might have made a mistake with making the order or you simply changed your mind, whatever your reason may be, we've got your back. We only ask that you pay for the return cost back to us.

Kindly contact us within 60 days of receiving your item and one of our highly trained staff would assist you through the process.

One of our staff will guide you through how to return the item, to our returns warehouse located in Regents Park NSW.

Once received, we will refund the purchase amount back to the same payment method you used when you purchased the item, usually within one business day.

Restocking/Return Fee

There is no restocking fee but shipping cost will be covered by the customer who initiates the return if they decide not to keep the item.

Please wait for return instructions to be sent prior to booking the return directly through your courier of choice.

Return Eligibility

The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all the accessories and in re-saleable condition.

Damaged/Missing Box and Used Items

Product Exchange

If deemed eligible, you may return the product. Once returned, you will receive a refund of the price of the item so you may purchase the item you'd like.

Any paid shipping fee will not be included in the refund.
