Delivery is very important to us, this is why we have invested a lot in bringing to you the fastest delivery possible.

On average, our deliveries occur within 3 business days. Please allow approximately up to 12 business days for your product to arrive.

Delivery Timeframe - Outbax

Our automated shipping process means your order will be dispatched by the next working day. Their can be rare circumstances that this won't occur (e.g. bad weather). But other than those we do really good!

Due to our quick and automated delivery process, we can not accept changes or cancellation of an order after payment is made. You can however follow our easy return policy.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locket addresses.

We highly recommend having an answerable contact number as we do pro-actively make call outs to fast track the delivery process.

Deliveries are to the front of the property, or may require to be picked up from a local depot, or driver may need assistance to unload. There is an extra charge if package needs to be delivered to inside the property, or be redelivered.

We highly recommend adding shipping insurance as that will make the claims process easier. To ensure the easy processing of claims, please ensure you inspect the item before signing for it. Insurance applies for when if an item is damaged during transit and the damage prevents it from its intended use. Insurance covers the cost of the product only. We may request the original product to be returned to us.

To protect Australian Consumers, our orders go through fraud checks. At times, we may not proceed with fulfilling the order and will contact you and ask for verifying details. Although rare, we reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a refund.

COVID-19 and the Public Health Orders as well as the recent floodings are affecting the deliveries of the couriers. This week, courier staffing limitations are resulting in shipping delays. Train derailment has also caused significant delays for orders going to WA. We are currently asking customers to allow extra 5 working days for the deliveries to turn up. We are still delivering faster than most others! We look forward to getting back to next day dispatch really soon.
