Covid-19 - Business as usual

We are continuing delivery of all orders and on time.

Our dispatch team is working overtime to dispatch about 1000 orders per day and on time. With further plans to increase our dispatch services, we don't anticipate any delays in delivering your order.

As we do this, we need to protect the health and well-being of all our team members. Our customer service team are continuing support by working from home. As a result of this, we may reduce our phone and live chat support so that we can allocate more resources to replying to Emails very quickly.

Email support is continuing as per usual.

Products experiencing high demand:
Recently there has been a very high demand for power back up solutions. We can understand our customers needs, to have a reliable power back up solution. To maintain availability for all customers, we are limiting purchase of key power backup products to 1 per order. These include:

• Gentrax Generators
• Hyundai Power Stations

For other power backup solutions such as our lithium batteries or solar panels, we understand that each application may require more than one of these. For this reason as of now, we are not limiting purchases of these products.
