A camping generator can be a brilliant addition to your outdoor and camping power solutions. How does a camping generator work?

This is much the same way that we get electricity from dam turbines, wind turbines, and solar panels, except with a generator you're using petrol and burning it inside the confines of an internal combustion engine to convert the energy.
What size generator do I need?
The exact size of your camping generator will be reliant on what you need to power, or how many batteries you need to recharge. However, there are other issues to consider when deciding in your generator. Do you need it to be portable, and what weight are you comfortable moving around? Then you’ll need to consider the amount of petrol the unit will use during the day and if you can supply enough. If for example you need a lot of power, but the larger units are too heavy, you may prefer buying two of the smaller units as a better option.
