It's simple. IF your out-of-warranty generator breaks down (we're confident it won't), send it back to us and pay only a $99 flat rate for shipping to get your NEW generator, no questions asked.
This extended warranty is being offered in addition to your rights under The Australian Consumer Law. A standard warranty claim will be accepted without any charge to customers.
Our aim is to give every customer 100% confidence that they can have a Gentrax generator for life.
Conditions:
Purchases made after the 1st May 2019 qualify for this offer.
For a flat rate shipping fee of $99, a brand-new replacement generator will be sent to you.
The faulty generator must be returned to our nominated address at customer's expense.
This Warranty is the sole property of the original owner/user. A transfer of ownership shall terminate this extended Warranty.
This Warranty offer is valid for the following generator models:
GS-CEDD (award-winner 3.5kW)
GSX-CEDD (electric start 3.5kW)
GS-BECE (2.5kW)
GSI-XHAX (light 800w)
GSI-ABAE (light 1.2kW)
GSI-BXBE (light 2kW)
This Warranty does not cover any products not purchased from Outbax.
Repeat claims WILL be accepted. We want our customers to have peace of mind knowing they have a quality product.
Replacement items are provided in good faith and do not reset or restart any Warranty period.
However, if an item arrives Dead On Arrival, a replacement will be provided at no cost to you.
If replacement stock is unavailable, we may ask you wait for new stock. Or in situations of discontinued models, we may ask you to pay a fair upgrade fee.
Claims must be made by an end consumer. We do not accept reseller claims.
